  • Changed the company name to HIGEN RNM Co., Ltd.
  • Conducted a stock buyback and split (from 5,000 KRW to 500 KRW)
  • Received the initial order for the mass production of 24 units of Hanwha Momentum 3rd Generation HCR-14 (collaborative robot)
  • Signed a sales contract for LG Electronics collaborative robots with general customers and exclusive dealers
  • Finalized and submitted approval for three types of motors for Doosan Robotics
  • Successfully launched InnoSpace Hanbit-TLV (with HIGEN RNM's oxygen pump installed)
2022
  • Developed a coaxial drive module for collaborative robots applying sensor SoC technology (Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy)
  • Requested a quotation for motor supply to Doosan Robotics collaborative robots based on quantity (750~3000 units)

  • Secured open protocol basis and developed ultra-compact, lightweight servo motors (Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy)
  • Demonstrated performance and reliability improvement for manufacturing robot drive components (servo motors, reducers) (Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy)
  • Confirmed as a specialized material, parts, and equipment company – Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology
  • Registered as a system supplier for LG Electronics collaborative robots
2019
  • Developed smart factory robot system control software supporting artificial intelligence and IoT (Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy)
  • Commenced mass production of premium efficiency (IE3) motors (from 200KW to 375KW)
2018
  • Commenced mass production of premium efficiency (IE3) motors (from 0.75KW to under 37KW)
  • Launched an expanded lineup of explosion-proof servo motors (0.2~4kW)
2017
  • Selected as the best company in quality management by Korea Management Certification (4th quarter of 2017)
  • Acquired IECEx dust explosion-proof certification for all low-voltage motors (Fr. 71~355)
2016
  • Developed the first domestic 3kW class pressurized explosion-proof servo motor
2015
  • Commenced mass production of premium efficiency (IE3) motors (from 37KW to under 200KW)
2012
  • Increased capital of 1.5 billion KRW through BW warrant exercise (Dano International, Kim Hye-sook, Kim Soo-jin, among six others)
2011
  • Acquired ATEX pressurized explosion-proof certification for low-voltage motors
  • Increased capital of 500 million KRW through BW warrant exercise (Kim Jae-hak, Kim Hye-sook, Kim Soo-jin)
  • Acquired ISO/IATF 16949 certification (quality certification system for automotive parts)
  • Increased capital of 500 million KRW through BW warrant exercise (Kim Jae-hak)

  • Increased capital of 60 billion KRW through BW warrant exercise (National Pension Service, IMM)

  • Registered as a qualified supplier of high-voltage motors for KEPCO

  • Established a corporate research institute (Korea Industrial Technology Association)

  • Acquired the industrial motor business division from Otis Elevator Co., Ltd.

  • Issued 170 billion KRW of convertible bonds (IMM)
  • Increased capital to 19.95 billion KRW (IMM)
  • Changed the company name to HIGEN Motor Co., Ltd., and relocated the headquarters to 74, Seongsan-dong, Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do
  • Established Dano Invest Co., Ltd. (paid-in capital: 50 million KRW)
